Legend is BACK - It has been four decades since the first introduction of the Toyota AE86 in the 1980s to its peak in popularity with the legendary AE86 Sprinter Trueno. Well, the Toyota AE86 Trueno is an iconic car, especially when it comes to drifting.

Then, the braking system was also upgraded with Brembo. There is a four-piston caliper at the front and a two-piston caliper for the rear brakes. Also, the rotor is smooth so it doesn't have any kind of drilling or slots. Besides that the Toyota GR86 Trueno Edition will come with 18-inch 10-spoke aluminum
alloy wheels along with black door handles and mirror caps.

The engine is the same as the standard model, capable of producing 228 hp and 259 Nm of torque. Finally, the GR86 Active Safety is available on models equipped with a manual transmission. Active Safety includes daptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, sway warning, lead vehicle start alert, and rear sonar warning.
Unfortunately, the Toyota GR86 Trueno Edition were produced only 860 units, and marketed in the United States only, and buyers can choose between automatic or manual transmission. Furthermore, the automaker will launch it at the end of the year along with the announcement of the price. So just be patient...
