~Unique ONE~ The existence of this car may not be widely known by the public, because this car was made once, besides that it may also be because it has been overlooked from the start. Maybe after seeing the picture maybe many will say that it is the ugliest Alfa Romeo ever, even though, this classic car has won the elegance contest in its era.

The classic car in question is the Alfa Romeo Severtail which is a unique-shaped one-off 4-seater coupe is built based on the 1965 Alfa Romeo 105 Giulia GT Veloce 1600's platform and mechanics by Carrozzeria Dario Casale of Bassano del Grappa in 1967. If you're curious about the donor car's design, watch the video below:
As quoted from AlfaBB, it was stated that the car making was initiated by a friend of Dario Casale named Consalvo Sanesi who managed to persuade him to improve and given refinements to the Alfa Romeo car as a whole. The car is powered by an 1,570cc engine developed by Trivellato that allows this car to run up to 220 kph.

The classic car's bodywork is made entirely of aluminum which is molded by English wheel in such a way as to create a harmonic design. At first glance, the Alfa Romeo Severtail looks similar to the Alfa Romeo TZ made by Carrozzeria Zagato, especially on the back which both applies the Kamm-tail.
