Sportster S models, and others. So, among those many production lines of motorcycles made by those Milwaukee-based motorcycle manufacturer, it can be sure you will not find a model like the one we are going to discuss today. What model it is?

Well, it was a concept motorcycle that carried the
neo classic hot rod style like never before and named the
Harley-Davidson Streetfighter. This cool motorcycle concept had caused a stir in internet, was designed by
Yan-Xuan Lai, a student majoring in industrial design at
Taipei Technical College, Taiwan.

As quoted of
DesignBoom, this bike draws inspiration from
Streamliners of the 1930s. His most recent concept puts a sleek and streamlined spin on the iconic
cruisers of
Harley-Davidson, with inspiration from the ultra-streamlined
designs of the 1920s and 1930s.

Although the name of the motorcycle doesn't really translate the concept he created, because the
Streetfighter concept is usually focused on a modern naked sport bikes, not cruisers.
As in the characteristics of cruiser motorcycles, namely low seats and long bodies, but what is unique is the position of the foot step backwards, making the legs so perched instead of looking sporty.

As the designer,
Yan-Xuan Lai, who really likes an American motorcycles by combining the hot rod design with these modern elements. The headlights follow the line of the boxed side body. Then the handlebars are made simple to enter the body, and above it is embedded a digital instrument panel. Meanwhile, on the side body near the tank, a
Harley-Davidson logo graphic is attached.

But what's interesting about the
Harley-Davidson Streetfighter motorcycle concept is that it has a unique damper structure such as a swingarm at the front as a replacement for the conventional shock absorbers. This hub steering swingarm model reminds us of the figure of an old Italian motorcycle, the
Bimota Tesi H2. As for the motorcycle's kitchen spur uses an air-cooled
V-Twin engine, but there is no further information about the engine let alone its performance.

It should be borne in mind that this concept motorcycle was actually made by a Taiwanese student who in fact is not the official designer of the American motorcycle manufacturer, so there is actually no certainty that this
Harley-Davidson Streetfighter will be mass-produced or not. Nevertheless, the concept’s streamlined aesthetics fit the motorbike posture perfectly as the whole, especially in the massively popular neo-retro segment. Then what do you think?
