At first glance, we assumed that the custom-built scooter was scarce indeed and built based of a Vespa scooter model. And then when we see the scooter closely, it has a bodywork that resembles a classic car. We don't get much information about this scooter on the internet. As quoted from a HarleyRiders's tweet

Indeed, the uniqueness of the custom made scooter mentioned above is very prominent, so that it reminds us of another not less unique scooter figure which ever made by an Indonesian builder named Bagas Roffiyanto named Komando (and we ever discussed it in an article in 2019).
