David Brown Automotive has remained loyal to the classical rear wheel drive idea by marrying a V8 engine with a ZF's 6-speed automatic gearbox, which then sends all the engine power exclusively to the rear wheels. Therefore, the 601 horsepower-powered car and 766 Nm of torque can achieve an acceleration time record from rest to 96 km/h in 4.2 seconds.

There is no second row of seats on this car, because this area is used as a luggage storage area. All infotainment systems are on the center console that is fully integrated with advanced features such as satellite navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, and 7.1-channel Bowers & Wilkins premium audio surround sound system.
