Tribute to the history of Aero cars

Aero was a Czechoslovak automobile, manufactured between 1929 and 1947 by a well-known aircraft and car-body company owned by Dr. Kabes in Praha-Vysocany. Now Aero Vodochody produces aircraft only. Many famous drivers won at many events with the Aero cars including a third in category on the 1934 Monte Carlo Rally.

Due to Kazunori Yamauchi has challenged automakers to design supercars for GT6 video game, but it doesn’t mean other car designers can’t join the crowd to show off their concept car, like Michal Jelinek made an attempt to design his own version of a virtual racing car under the brand Aero.

Aero Vision Gran Turismo is a tribute to the history of Aero cars, it features cocoon shaped cockpit where the body structure plays the role as the main frame, an exoskeleton while serving as a set of wings and spoilers to provide optimum ground effect and aerodynamics. The electric powertrain is fully distributed directly to all 4 wheels.
