Odd looking scooter in inverted position

Ie by changing the position of the steering wheel to the rear of the scooter, so it appears the Vespa scooter is being run backwards.

From the pictures it looks, the owners have moved the engine to the front of the scooter, while the handlebar moved to the back of the scooter. Interestingly, the body of the scooter is not got a change at all, other than the change in engine position and handlebars.

This unique modifications themselves were busy discussed in social media. Known from one of the streets in the city of Medan had recorded this scooter when passing on the street.
