A longing expression of 1930s Moto-Ball

One of the 'weirdest' sports with the age no longer young and is still played today is the Moto-Ball. Yes, the game to snatch the ball and put it into the goal like soccer is indeed very different because the players have to use motorcycles for dribbling or to score a goal.

But it wasn't the sport that we highlight today, but the figure of classic motorcycles with typical settings highly qualified for its players to dribble, passing the ball or instead shooting not difficult to do. Of course the players should have special skills to ride the bike brilliantly.

Looking back as well as expressed a longing for the world of sports that has existed since 1930 that, an automotive enthusiast named Serge Bueno from the Los Angeles-based garage named the Heroes Motorcycle, rebuild the old memories with the restoration of Koehler-Escoffier (the name of the bike) combined with the modern art works.

Given the background of Koehler-Escoffier, the manufacturer which has a parent company called Monet-Goyon when in its heyday, once dominated the world's moto-ball starting 1933 to 1938 by using the 350 cc powered special motorcycles.

With those cubication figures, Koehler-Escoffier do not automatically have a great power like the modern motorcycles. It was only able to penetrate the rotation of 4500 rpm and a maximum speed of 80 km/h.
The restoration of Koehler-Escoffier was not cheap motorbike! Besides referring of historical value, the motorcycle wrapped by high quality material that can only be atoned at a price of $35,000, equivalent to Rp.478 million.
