The world's debut of Honda CBR250RR

Finally, PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) officially introduced the Honda CBR250RR in the Ciputra World, Jakarta, on Monday, July 25, 2016. The latest Honda 250 cc sport bike is assembled in the Plant 5 AHM in Subang, West Java.

President Director of AHM, Toshiyuki Inuma, which directly uncovered the motorcycle's veil. In his opening speech, he said very optimistic if the motorcycle is acceptable to Indonesian consumers.

"We are confident that this motorcycle will be received enthusiastically by Indonesian motorcyclists," said Inuma in front of journalists and dozens of representatives dealers throughout Indonesia.

It said, the Honda CBR250RR uses upside-down suspension, ABS brakes with the Nissin calipers, and clamp handlebar. A philosophy of Total Control pinned on the motorcycle, which claimed comfortable to ride.

"Honda CBR250RR is a model that is full of challenging. Because equipped with the new technology in it as well with the power and torque surpass other models that have been made," he said on the sidelines of the motorcycle launching event.

Known, the all-new Honda CBR250RR engine equipped with the latest generation 250 cc two-cylinder, liquid-cooled, four-stroke, DOHC, which developed from a collaboration result between Japanese and Indonesian engineers team. And Honda CBR250RR also equipped with three driving modes, namely Comfort, Sport and Sport+. The difference lies in the power and torque generated.

It said also, the CBR's new family uses a different technology than the Thailand's single cylinder version. Indonesia also became the first country to launch this CBR250RR. Inuma further said the Honda CBR250RR will be delivered to customers in the second quarter of this year.
