Zero celebrates their anniversary by launched a special edition model

Zero Motorcycles announced, to celebrate of their 10th anniversary and marks that special moment by launched a limited edition motorcycle model plus special prizes for the consumer. The motorcycle manufacturer based in Santa Cruz, California was founded in 2006 under the name "Electricross," by Neal Saiki, a fanatical motorcycle enthusiast, as well as an aerospace expert. After innovating for a decade, Zero becoming the longest electric motorcycle manufacturer in the world to survive, and emerged as a global company.

"When the electric vehicle is much on the minds of people, the inventors see as the potential to transform the industry," said Richard Walker, CEO of Zero Motorcycles in an official release on June 7, 2016.

Walker also said that Zero managed to give another impression at the time you was on a motorcycle as a vehicle that is not hot, not complex, not noisy, and minimal vibration as well as with treatments such as the gasoline motorcycle in general. "The results are impressive, and we are still in the start-up phase," said Walker. 

According to Abe Ashkenazi, Chief Technology Officer of Zero, who estimate that their customers have saved so much and help the environment over the past decade. "We expect the Zero riders does not emit carbon dioxide emissions by 13 million lbs and save more than US. $2 million for the bought of gasoline," said Abe.

As the marker, the company created the 10th Anniversary Edititon DSR and only 50 units will be produced. The special edition motorbike is claimed as the most elegant and perfect with a black paint marker, custom graphics, as well as different accessories like windshield.

This model also became the first to apply the battery recharging tank(charge tank), which makes the rider can extend the motorcycle's breath. This Zero DSR special edition also born as a versatile electric motorcycle.

As reported of Cycleworld on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, all of the limited edition motorcycles will be produced at their headquarters located in Santa Cruz, California, United States (US). But unfortunately, it isn't mentioned how much the price of one unit of this motorcycle.
