Tesla Motors, the US renowned electric car company has introduced its newest sedan 'Tesla Model 3' some time ago. Chief Executive Officer of Tesla Motors Elon Musk said the Tesla engineers will decide the final design of Model 3 in six to nine weeks away. Thus, they may change between the Model 3 which was introduced last month with a production version. This is related to the improvement of product and component selection.

Additionally, Tesla is now more selective in choosing the company's parts supplier. This is due to some problems in the quality of products Model S and X. "We are still evaluating, to qualify, and selecting the suppliers (for Model 3)," said the Tesla Motors statement were quoted by Reuters on Wednesday, May 11, 2016.

Musk revealed, it will boost production at its Fremont plant, California, in order to meet the reservations that are constantly flowing. The factory is expected to produce 500 thousand cars in 2018.
However, the analysts doubt the Tesla's ability to be able to fulfill all orders on time. "Finalization of design, selecting suppliers, and launched the product in 1.5 years does not seem possible," said Brian Johnson, an analyst at Barclays.
The presence of Tesla Model 3 attracted the world's attention. In the early days of its introduction, the car priced at US $35 thousand or approx Rp.460 million was already booked as many as 325 thousand units, however the buyer should deposit the money of US. $ 1,000 (Rp.132 million) in advance as the booking fees. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | REUTERS | CNET]
