Hyundai also developed an exosuit

Hyundai seems not only develop car production alone, the South Korean automotive company has recently exhibited the newest exoskeleton suit. Unlike the full shaped robot which developed by another automotive manufacturers such as Honda and Toyota.

As quoted from Leftlanews on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, the exosuit that designed by Hyundai engineers which have created to facilitate human work when lifting very heavy loads. With the help of this suit, humans can transport goods that weigh up to 50 kilograms (110 lbs).

The exoskeleton suit has a contoured frame adapted to the shape of the human body, and also has control in accordance with the user command. Through the control buttons that there exist in the hand, this robot can be controlled in accordance with the wishes of its users.

Just for information, Hyundai last year revealed a simpler suit, which consisted of a simple spine and leg reinforcements. Called the H-LEX, it was designed to help paraplegics and elderly users who wouldn’t be able to walk on their own otherwise.
This new exoskeleton suit is a development of the previous model has been launched. Not known for sure, the plans of Hyundai to this exosuit, whether it will become a mass product that will be sold freely.
