General Motors through the Chevrolet brand made a surprise at the New York Auto Show 2016 to bring the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Convertible. As quoted from Worldcarfans, the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Convertible is made with the same platform with the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Coupe. Their striking differences only in the roof by using a black soft top models.

The front view of the car looks fierce with a flow-tie grille, front splitter, and a heat extractor hood. On the side, looked new side skirts and 20-inch diameter aluminum rims. While in the rear its lights using LEDs, a new bumper, small wings, and four exhausts.
Although only uses the concept of a two-door, but the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Convertible cabins can accommodate four people. Upholstery and dashboard wrapped in black leather. Visible the 'ZL1' logos in some parts of the interior.

This Chevrolet Camaro open roof relying on a supercharged V8 engine with a capacity of 6,200 cc that can generate the power up to 640 hp and a maximum torque of 640 lb-ft. The engine combined with a choice of six-speed manual or automatic 10-speed transmission system.
