When we talking about electric cars, there is a tendency of two kinds, those who try to actually normal (like the Tesla Model S) and those who want an ultra-futuristic look (like Aptera 2e).
Shockwave Motors, a Tennessee-based auto company takes another approach. By carrying out the design of three-wheeled car (with one wheel in the front), the 'Defiant EV3 Roadster' was refered as "classic."
It looks like a retro version of the DeltaWing racing car, the Defiant which has a weight of 680 kg (1,500 lbs) has two passenger seats behind the driver whose locate in the middle. There's no word on what sort of motor the final version will feature.

Safety features include a tubular steel frame with a built-in roll bar, along with front and rear crumple zones. Road bumps are handled by a dual A arm suspension, coil-over shocks, and dual springs in both the front and rear. You can see the prototype in action, in the video below.
As quoted from Gizmag, recently this electric car has a top speed of more than 113 km/h (70 mph), and takes about 10 seconds to reach a speed of 97 km/h (60 mph) from a standstill. It has a range of up to 161 km (100 miles) on a single charge of its 100-amp/144-volt lithium-ion battery.
