An artwork of the Toyota's designers dream

After launched a unique concept car named Camatte Hajime at the Tokyo Toy Show 2015 on last June and now Toyota Motor Corp. plans to launch another unique concept car with a funny shape like a children's toy. It called the 'Toyota Kikai Concept' and will enliven the Tokyo Motor Show 2015 later in October.

Its body architecture is made as a car that is only fit for three people, ie, one in front and two behind. The front seat reserved only for the driver with the position of the steering wheel in the middle.

Kikai original name actually means 'machine'. If usually the parts such as fuel tanks and exhaust pipes on the average hidden underneath, but the Kikai tend to emphasize the sexy shape of those devices.

Toyota technician explained to the media that they have yet to issue the Kikai as a production model. But they understand very well that this little car was made like a work of art that is awakened from the dream of the Toyota designer. It is also a unique blend of a architecture that is so simple and easy in terms of movement.

The criteria that is in the Kikei referred to as "Monozukuri" or the concept of the "make goods", which is already very familiar and ingrained for Japanese workers.
