An Italian company called Hyper Division presents special vehicles for the disabled named HDX3-Mobility. The vehicle itself is the scooter that has been modified.

As quoted from Autoevolution, HDX3-Mobility built based on the Piaggio Liberty. The standard model of the HDX3-Mobility using the engine capacity of 151 cc, SOHC, three-valve, air-cooled with a CVT automatic transmission that transmits power up to 12 horsepower @ 7,000 rpm and torque of 12nm @ 6,500 rpm towards the rear wheels.

Telescopic front suspension has a distance of around 76 mm, with a rim diameter of 15 inches. While the rear suspension is adjustable coil over shock, with a rim diameter of 14 inches. Its braking system uses disc and drum.

To make it easier when parking, the HDX3-Mobility is also equipped with two electric motor to run backwards. Not to forget a special deck to bring the wheelchair in the middle.
