These 5 Lamborghini concept cars never be produced

Companies like Lamborghini was not born to the business of making the concept car. They make a production of the supercar you can buy.

Some of them (like the Sesto Elemento and Aventador J) were very rare than others, but sooner or later the Lamborghini concept cars were introduced, in the end, they will go into the production line. But not for these five cars, at least for the four concept cars (because Lamborghini Urus is now almost certain to be launch in 2018).

1. Lamborghini Cala Concept
The forerunner to the emergence of the Lamborghini Gallardo is the presence of Cala, a concept that was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro of Italdesign that was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show 1995. Intended as a replacement for Jalpa, Cala uses the 4.0-liter V10 engine of 400 hp that is placed in the middle and transfer all the power to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual gearbox.

Lamborghini Cala is a fully functional car and had made as many as three units. But the change of ownership of Lamborghini means that the car had never been seen on Lambo's production line to this day. While Gallardo took a different design approach, and Cala can be said to have laid the foundation of its.

2. Lamborghini Raptor Concept
The next concept is not designed by Lamborghini at all but was created by Zagato, an independent design studio. Taking basic of Diablo VT (the first Lambo all-wheel-drive) Zagato Raptor still enjoys some support from the factory, with input from the sled racer from Switzerland, Alain Wicki.

Raptor design incorporated elements from Lamborghini and Zagato, including the double-bubble roof. Powered by a 5.7 liter V12 engine 492 hp of Diablo, Zagato Raptor debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in 1996, and sold to a private collector in the same place four years later.

3. Lamborghini Miura Concept
One of the most interesting projects is Miura, the retro concept car debut in 2006 or 40 years after the original. Taking basics of Murcielago, Miura Concept is an incredible retro design for Lamborghini as a special car but never intended to be produced.

As said by Lamborghini CEO Stefan Winkelmann "Miura was a celebration of our history, but Lamborghini is about the future."

4. Lamborghini Estoque Concept
After producing middle-engined supercar is almost exclusively for the last few decades, Lamborghini shocked crowds gathered at the Paris Motor Show in 2008 when the unmasking of the Estoque Concept.

Instead of a two-door, four-door Estoque packed in, the machine is placed in front. In other words, the car has the same basic layout as most other cars, but with a sense of Lambo. Estoque Concept was as if intended to gauge public reaction on the potential production version of the Estoque, but five years later, none of which ever made.

5. Lamborghini Urus Concept
If Estoque is a surprise, the debut of Urus even more than that, a Lamborghini SUV ?. Mind debuted at the Beijing Auto Show in April, Urus Concept stands out as the car is more curvy and muscular on the same architecture that supports the Porsche Cayenne and Bentley EXP 9 F Concept.

While Estoque sink, Urus still trying to survive because of the current Lamborghini still lobbying its parent company, Volkswagen for giving the green light for production. As you can see the result today, the Urus has found the way to be presented as one of Lamborghini's products. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | MODIFIKASI.COM]
