This car is a simplified version of the Renault Twizy, a four-wheeled vehicle that uses an electric motor as the driving force. Unlike the normal version of the Twizy, for this version uses a smaller electric motor, which is only able to issue a power of 4 hp only, while the normal version of 17 hp, while its top speed is 45 km/h (28 mph). The 45 takes 9.9 seconds to reach its maximum speed, whereas the full Twizy will get there in just 6.1 seconds.
Because of it has a small power, some countries finally have been decided that the car can be driven by those aged 14 years minimum. But first the teens must have special certification issued by the European transport department. Some states allow teens to drive Twizy 45 EV is France, Italy and Spain. And if they have a moped license in Germany, Austria or Finland, then the teens can also drive this car.
