HD Ironhead Café Racer Custom

Art is the reason why a builder of motorcycles to be very idealistic in any of his work. Not only the character, but proved on any fruit of his work can be a differentiator with other builders.

A well-known Los Angeles-based motorcycle home modification, Hazan Motorworks has made modifications to the figure of 1965 Harley Davidson Ironhead. Modifications on this big-bike not the first time, because many builders in the world who has previously been changes to this classic motorcycle.
Then Hazan Motorworks converts this bike into a café racer motorcycle with a dazzling looks. It has a sleek and slim body and mostly made of aluminum. The modifier applied a streamlined concept with a sleek straight style, while other inspiration comes from the 1949 BSA 500, a British classic big bike.

The engine section gets several touch of changes, such as replacing the transition with a custom stock and the use of the turbocharger. While the front and rear wheels uses Indy car tires that made from a slick rubber.

The use of 16" front drum to give a strong character which is hold by 4-link wire wheel, and a suspension of ginder models with adjustable air shock technology.

Almost all the workmanship of the motorcycle modification starts from zero. This is done because Hazan want this bike represents his desire to create works that are entirely the result of his idealism thinking. What's interesting about this motorcycle is the use of larger front drum than normal size. This 16-inches sized drum is designed and made from aluminum with the aid of CNC machines.

To hold this special front drum, Hazan using a 4-link wire wheel, and a suspension of ginder models with adjustable air shock technology. While on the rear swingarm uses the type of linkage that accompanied the Buell suspension. 
The HD Ironhead café racer with streamlined concept has a weight of 385 lbs, because the bodyworks from the tank up to the seat made from aluminum materials. While the engine could generating the power up to 80-90 hp from the previous 50 hp.
