Gullwing America, an American coach-builder in 2011 has announced the results of their unique work, named 'Ferrari F-340 Competizione' which is inspired by the 1952 Ferrari 340 Mexico Berlinetta.
That 1952 model was built for competition in the Carrera Panamericana race in Mexico. Only 3 exemplars of the car were ever made. Making this car is unique because of the Ferrari 340 Mexico Berlinetta only made in limited quantities throughout the world and became one of the reasons why Gullwing America build this car.

The owner of this car is Arturo Alonso from San Antonio, Texas which is the headquarters of Gullwing America. He was the one who revives these rarest Ferrari cars by using modern technology.

In this Gullwing America making of based on a Ferrari 456 platform that its body will be remade manually of aluminum by Mark Nugent. Some additional devices made by him, including a diffuser, rear spoiler, side vents, and front splitter.

While on the machine, the Ferrari F-340 Competizione uses a V12 engine with a capacity of 5.4 liters paired with an original 6-speed manual transmission that can generate power of up to 476 PS (350 kW / 470 hp). And the Modern technologies on the car also included the brakes and a tought suspension system.
