Trail'ster goes to Chicago

KIA Trail'ster Concept reveal his true identity from the Chicago Auto Show 2015. This is an AWD (all-wheel-drive) version of KIA Soul, because it has the same face to the Soul but have faces made into a more manly. A retractable canvas roof allows the Trail’ster’s passengers to commune a little more with nature.

To reinforce the impression of a crossover at the bottom of the front and rear bumpers are guard (protector) of the body. His performances became stronger with the use of 19-inch alloy wheels with attractive designs

Visually, the Trail’ster is distinguished by its black wheel arch extensions, aluminium bash plates at the front and rear, a slimmer and wider ‘tiger-nose’ grille, and LED headlights and tail-lights.

In front bonnet equipped with a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine who are able spewed of power up to 188 hp and torque of 251 Nm. This turbocharged motor drives the front wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission. Coupled with an independent 270-volt AC electric motor that can drive the rear wheels and add 36 hp of power.
