China shows the development of technological innovations products related. Having succeeded in the field of space by launched the Jade Rabbit (Yutu), a robotic rover to the Moon, is now China developing unmanned aircraft.

As reported by Scientificamerican, on Monday, March 10, 2014, China has tested an unmanned aircraft that is designed to clear the fog on Saturday, March 8, 2014. China's local media reported that this is an important step for the domestic aviation industry in China.

At the opening of the annual meeting of parliament last week, the China's Prime Minister, Li Keqiang said that China will declare war against the pollution. The unmanned aircraft manufactured by Aviation Industry Corp of China (AVIC).

The aircraft is capable of sweeping fog and smoke by issuing a catalyst or chemicals. Compared to other methods to spread the catalyst, the use of unmanned aircraft or drones reduces risks and reduce costs.

Even in heavy fog this UAV can fly with the accurate route," said Guo Haijun, an engineer who was involved in the development of UAVs. The 'parafoil' aircraft types is equipped with the parachute and able to carry heavy loads and the plane is also suitable to support breeding in agriculture.

In addition, this drone could also support emergency rescue and other tasks. The test is performed in the airport of Hubei province. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN]
