Citroen C4 Cactus was first exhibited in 2014 ahead of its official debut at the Geneva Motor Show 2014. Cactus C4 will only be available in a relatively small engine options, namely gasoline engine with a power of 82 hp and 110 hp or diesel engine with a power of 92 hp and 100 hp. Other details are still yet to be announced, but Citroen says that the gasoline engine will produce less CO2 emissions of 100 gr/km, while the most efficient diesel engine will only result in emissions of 82 gr/km with an average fuel consumption of 38.7 km/liter.
Cactus C4 fuel consumption is frugal, largely thanks to the light weight of the vehicle. Lightest version weighs just 965 kg and the heaviest is only 1,150 kg. Steps to reduce vehicle weight also includes the use of high-strength steel in several components, aluminum hood and rear window light and the rear seats can be folded.
For the interior, C4 Cactus retains the basic design concept version. Plastic retaining more simple, concise with a minimum control panel.
