The team of archaeologists from Spain and Egypt find 3 large stone sarcophagus or coffin for storing human remains at the 3,600 years-old ancient times in Luxor, west side of the Nile, Egypt. One of which contained the mummy.

In contrast to previous findings, a mummy still stored in the sarcophagus were found on Thursday, February 13, 2014. The team of archaeologists was called this finding is rare. Sarcophagus reach 2 meters in length was found in the Djehuti tomb area, a treasure keeper of Queen Hatshepsut at the Dra Abul-Naga funeral, Luxor, Egypt.

"A team that is conducting a routine excavation at a cemetery in Luxor discovered a man shaped-sarcophagus," wrote the Egyptian state-owned media, Al-Ahram on Friday, February 14, 2014.

According to the Egypt's High Council of Antiquities, the sarcophagus dating from 1,600 BC, when Pharaoh of the 17th dynasty. The team of archaeologists discovered two other sarcophagi in the same location, but unfortunately they were empty. Believed that the mummy was once inhabited these crates stolen thousands of years ago. In 2013, the same team also managed to find a sarcophagus belonging to a child who is known to have come from the same dynasty which was found yesterday, the Pharaonic 17th Dynasty.
