The Radical RXC supercar has been revealed in its first public debut at the Autosport International 2013 and followed with the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. RXC stands for Radical Xtreme Coupé, the supercar was developed by Radical Sportscars, a Peterborough based automotive company.
RXC Coupé is powered by Ford Duratec 37 Ti-VCT V6 engine, that has a 3.7-liter 24-valve, The supercar claimed can be burst a Power of 380 hp @ 6,750 rpm and torque of 320 lb-ft @ 4,250 rpm, with using the rear wheel drive system via a seven speed Quaife gearbox with paddle shifters.
RXC Coupé has a fairly light weight and capable of accelerating from rest to 100 kph (62 mph) in 2.8 seconds - a tenth of a second faster than the Lamborghini Aventador - and has a ratio of power-to-weight 422 hp per tonne. Riding on 17 inch wheels, the road-going version will be fitted with 330 mm discs up front and 310 mm at the rear, with carbon-ceramic discs expected to be an option.
Although it has a length of 4,300 mm, 1,960 mm wide and just 1,127 mm high. Helping to lift the RXC Coupé further ahead of all previous models produced by Radical, it will also feature gullwing doors, power steering, air conditioning, a heated front windscreen and an adjustable steering wheel and pedal box..
The car will be made primarily from composite materials and built around an FIA-spec tubular spaceframe, with a massive carbon rear-wing helping to contribute to the cars capability of producing 900kg of downforce at 175mph.
RXC Coupé is the sixth of the Radical models, and has been made its first debut at the Autosport International 2013, which will be available as street legal and racing versions, and both will be sold at a special price starting from £107,400 (or approx Rp. 2.14 billion) with 4 colors choices, i.e Light Green, Yellow, Red, Blue.
