With the name of Arch Motorcycle that founded in 2012, Reeves ready to launch itsfirst motorcycle products. To establish Arch Motorcycle Company, Reeves teamed with Gard Hollinger which is one of the famous builder of Los Angeles. The company will produce a motorcycle which is based on the prototype KRGT-1 as seen in the photo above.
The establishment of this company itself could be considered accidental. Originally Reeves asked Hollinger made a custom motorcycle which eventually was named KR GT-1 in 2011. But once the bike is finished, both of them thought why not made the motorcycle in mass production. "We have a common vision. We started with the idea of performance-based modern motorcycles. Having the bike is finished, it looks like a production motorcycle but unlike anything we've ever seen. 's Unique and we can not wait to introduce it to the world," said Hollinger.
Revees itself is not new to the motorcycle world. Famous actors in the Speed movie has been riding motorcycles since 1986, starting with the Kawasaki 600 Enduro while he was in Germany. "I am a man who loves everything about motorcycles -the sound, style and aesthetic- combined with function, but most of all driving experiences. Enjoyed my motorcycle long as I can remember and I am ready to share my passion with the world," Reeves said.
The Arch's motorcycle product may not be exactly the same with the KRGT-1 that used the Bennett performance booster for its V-Twin engine. Most likely it will use the engine of 1984 Harley-Davidson Shovelhead with additional components from Yoshimura, K&N, and Ohlins. Until now there has been no further information on the price of Arch KRGT-1 whose have been waiting for the two-wheeled vehicle fans. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | ARCH MOTORCYCLE COMPANY | GREASE N GASOLINE]
