Yamaha Café Racer Concept

Yamaha Motor will participate in the 43rd Tokyo Motor Show 2013, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight, from November 22 to December 1, 2013. With the theme of "Revs your Heart," Yamaha will show a lot more 19 models including motorcycles concept, scooters, electric powered bicycles, and others.

One of which will be the center of attention at the event is Yamaha Bolt Café (prototype). This motorcycle is a modified version of the Yamaha Bolt which is already marketed in many countries in the world.

It built with a slim and compact chassis, the motorcycle with café racer genre whose is equipped with a V-twin, air cooled engine with a capacity of 950 cc, combined with 5-speed Return type transmission.

This prototype shows an example of how the owner can modify the motorcycle according to individual taste. Bolt's simplicity makes it able to be modified in any style. This bike has a length of 2,210 mm, width 780 mm and height 1,190 mm.

We are confident this bike will be the center of attention at the Tokyo Motor Show. Why not, the cruiser motorcycle genre (prioritizes comfort while browsing) can be modified into a café racer who prioritize speed and handling rather than comfort. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | YAMAHA | RIDE APART]
