If we are talking about a supercar, certainly our attention is always focused on the established brands that have been known in the world's automotive. Although on some time ago we have discussed many other supercars from manufacturers that are not known and also coming from the state previously unheard made supercar.
Vencer themselves have fulfilled their promise, before the Dutch manufacturer has said, that their supecar development has been completed and soon was introduced to the public. So when the Top Marques Monaco 2013 event was held, they launched a supercar, named Vencer Sarthe. Its name is taken from one part of the track on the 24 hours of Le Mans circuit.
Sarthe using a General Motors engine, more precisely is an engine that used by the Corvette C6. Under its hood is mounted a 6.2 liter engine capable of spewing power of 510 hp with 400 lb-ft of torque, the power is equivalent to the Corvette Z06 that uses 7.0 liters engine. The machine was placed in the middle of car body, and the whole power channeled through a six-speed manual transmission system, to drive its rear wheels via a limited slip differential.
At the rear uses 20-inch alloy wheels, while the front using a circumference of 19 inches. This
car's suspension uses a double wishbone, and to tame its run, the car
relies on the ability of 385 mm diameter discs that are mounted on its
four wheels and is supported with ABS and EBD features. So the acceleration can be done from 0 to 100 kph(62 mph) in just 3.8 seconds before reaching a maximum speed of 326 kph (202 mph).
The exterior is made entirely of carbon fiber materials, as well as the weight distribution of 45 percent on the front, while the remaining 5 percent to the rear. Supercar which has dimensions of 4,515 mm x 1,984 mm x 1,190 mm (LxWxH) and its wheelbase of 2.79 m.
Car body panel also uses carbon fiber materials and combined with steel frame and honeycomb structure on the floor to ensure permanent weight under 1,390 kg. While for the interior and cabin using a non-stick leather with a variety of in-car entertainment features and also equiped with climate control.
As quoted from GTSpirit, this supercar will be produced in a limited number of only 15 units per year and will be sold at price of U.S $287,000 (or approx Rp. 3.3 billion) does not include taxes.
