Suzuki struck to get more attention on the 43rd Tokyo Motor Show 2013, which held at the Tokyo Big Sight from November 22 (Fri.) to December 1 (Sun.). At this time they were introduced to the public a prototype of concept motorcycle that has a turbocharger and intercooler system with the aim of obtaining maximum performance and efficiency.
Suzuki Recursion, thus the name of Suzuki motorcycle concept, is the sport motorcycle uses a two-cylinder engine that has a capacity of 588 cc. Suzuki claimed its engine capable of producing power of 100 hp at 8,000 rpm and peak torque to 100 Nm at 4,500 rpm.
Motorcycles that have a total weight of 174 kg and equipped with a turbocharger which according to the info that blows with the facility to have a greater degree of efficiency up to 50% in fuel use when compared to other 600 cc motorcycles.
Viewed from its design, the Suzuki Recursion model adopted café racer style, where the characteristic of the model is on the back of the motorcycle shaped like a wasp's tail with the half fairing on the front.
While the underslung muffler as the forced induction 600cc parallel-twin engine is at first glance quite different to the big 1200 cc V-twin of a Buell. And the Recursion front suspension is mounted upside down system that equipped with a single disc brake on the braking device. For its swing arm, the motorcycle has adopted the single sided swing arm.
Since the Suzuki Recursion is still a motorcycle concept, so we still do not know whether this bike will later be mass produced or not, but if it is going to be mass produced would further enliven the 600 cc motorcycle market.
