The Fastest big block American V-twin engine motorcycles

Confederate x132 Hellcat Combat motorcycle has been known to break the land speed record for a motorcycle that carries the v-twin engine, in the summer of last year.

James Hoegh raced this in a place that is considered the most 'sacred ground' by the speed lovers, the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah, USA. At that time, the fierce design motorcycle has made speed record-breaking 172.2 mph (277 kph) which is equivalent to 200 mph (321 kph) on the tarmac for big block American V-twin engine motorcycles.

"This is a motorcycle that our concept to operate, when I founded the company 21 years ago," said the founder of Confederate Matthew Chambers. This motorcycle inspired F6F Hellcat fighter plane being the most famous World War 2. The x132 Hellcat casing material derived from aluminum, which is usually used as the aircraft base material.

The motorcycle is equipped with V-Twin engine with a capacity of 2,163 cc which was developed jointly with the S & S. And it could give a power of 132 hp and torque of 203 Nm (150 lb / ft). While in the legs, such as the front suspension uses Custom Marzocchi RAC 50 mm Fork. On the rear section adopting Custom Race Tech Coil-Over-Shock. And next for the front brake use Beringer calipers and the rear of Brembo.
