10 Concept Cars ready for production (Part-1)

Year of 2013-2014 may be one of the best period in history for the most advanced concept car to make the jump from concept to the production stage. Starting from refinement of everyday cars, to hybrid and electric cars, all these concept cars will be passing on the highway. And here are 5 of the 10 most advanced concept cars that is ready to enter the production phase:

10. BMW i3
Before the end of July 2013, BMW is announced its first electric car production. This car gets called BMW i3, which is the first member of the series "i". The German car maker also announced that it will reveal an i3 production model live on YouTube on July 29, 2013.

In a fully charged battery condition, i3 have enough power to drive the electric motor-powered 170 horsepower to be able to cover a distance of 130 to 160 km. In addition i3 also has ability of the DC fast charging, which allows charged up to 80 percent of battery capacity in just about 30 minutes. BMW i3 is also complete with several connectivity features of navigation support and so on.

9. Porsche 918 Spyder
Porsche has shown several versions of 918 over three years since its first debut. The latest version has improved its power from 718 horsepower to 887 horsepower. Its performance is also increased, from 3.2 seconds to reach 0-100 km/h with a top speed of 318 km/h to 2.8 seconds to reach 0-100 km/h with a top speed of 339 km/hour. Porsche has announced a new specification in May 2013, and it seems the Porsche 918 Spyder production phase will be carried out as planned in September 2013.

8. Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Coupe E-Cell
As sophisticated and as good as any the Porsche 918 Spyder, will not be on the market without competitors. Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Coupe Electric Drive with 751 horsepower is scheduled to launch this summer. As an electric car, the driving character of the SLS AMG E-Drive certainly be much different from the 918 Spyder, but has the technology advantages similar to 918. The car can reach speeds of 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 249 km/h that electronically limited.

7. Spyker B6 Venator
Spyker B6 Venator is an exotic car, powered by an electric motor and was first introduced at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. With the engine that could spray power of 375 horsepower, B6 Venator can not be called a supercar, but it can be described as an exotic sports car that exudes charm through the beautiful curve design with classical impressed interior leathers and also has ability to reach speeds from zero to 100 km/h in only 3 seconds.

6. Infiniti LE
First shown as a concept car at the 2012 New York Auto Show, Infiniti LE is luxurious  version of the Nissan Leaf. Such as the Leaf, Infiniti LE will have some competitor from GM's Hybrid series. However, the electric and hybrid car market at this time, they will not compete as tight as Leaf and Volt in 2010/2011. Infiniti does not give full details when displaying the Infiniti LE concept but the automaker plans to equip it with the ability to perform charging wirelessly.
