Intel's Small Form Computer

The largest x86 processor manufacturer, Intel, reportedly will start marketing their mini computer, Intel NUC (Next Unit of Computing) starting next month or December, 2012. Intel NUC is PC DIY (Do-It-Yourself), which has a small size and power saving.

NUC is powered by Intel Core i3 processor 3217U which is the third-generation Intel Core processors or what is often referred to as Ivy Bridge.  Core i3 3217U processors in the NUC is paired with a chipset Intel Q77 Express Chipset and graphics from Intel HD Graphics 4000.

The Intel NUC does not bring RAM memory and storage media in the sales package, in accordance with the spirit of DIY, the user can select the brand of RAM and the preferred type of storage media.

The minicomputer made ​​by Intel is equipped with 2 HDMI ports, an ethernet port, mSATA slot, PCI-E slot and memory support DDR 3 RAM 1600/1333/1055 MHz.
