The "Fast Five" film or better known as "Fast & Furious 5" (Rio Heist) is an action film made in 2011 that the story was written by Chris Morgan and directed by Justin Lin. This film is the fifth edition of the film series "The Fast and the Furious". Not only the live action, the film involves a lot of advanced vehicles with captivating action and stunts.
The film, starring Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Jordana Brewster and Dwayne Johnson. Where is the chase scene in the film used a lot of great powered cars. The film tells the story of the theft of property valued at 100 million U.S. dollars from a corrupt businessman. Which saw the involvement and chasing that also involves other agents. Last year, the film has managed to give grossed over 605 million dollars.
Here are five of the many great cars powered the show action in the film:
1. 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport
This car is a Limited Edition version of the 2nd generation Corvette. This car is only produced 125 units. With the title as a lightweight project, because Corvette Zora Arkus-Duntov's work is a very light car. The car appears in the opening scene at the beginning of the film.
Under the hood of the Corvette Grand Sport was found an all aluminum 377 cubic inch little block with 58 mm side draft Weber carbs. These aluminum engines were of the second casting batch from Chevrolet's Study and Development department.

This V8 Small Block Engine 6,200cc and 4 Barrel Carburator, produced 616 hp of power transmission equipped 6-speed manual transmission rear wheel drive.
2. 2007 Porsche GT3 RS
This great powered car holds engine capacity of 3,800 cc Flat-6 engine 6-cylinder rear. This car produced maximum power of 415hp at 7,600rpm and torque 407 Nm at 5,500rpm.
Despite its specialized body, the Porsche GT3 RS is lighter than the GT3. This weight-saving was achieved through the use of,among other solutions,a carbon fiber composite for the front lid, and an adjustable carbon fiber wing. Modifications on the GT3 RS geared specifically toward race-regulations include the rear wheel carrier, split rear-suspension wishbones, and the carbon-fiber components.

GT3 RS is a street legal version of the Porsche 911 GT series. The car is lighter and very fast. This car was used in the street race in Brazil. In some drifting action scenes in the film using a car driven by an experienced stunt-man.
3. 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI
The WRX STI has been a recipient of continuous improvement since its introduction. 5. 2010 Nissan Skyline GT-R (R35)
