70 percent of solar energy that is not always reside on the surface of the earth. Any objects that are on earth that can absorb heat from the sun will radiate back (reflects) heat.
Reflected light is there that managed to escape into space, some others are reflected back to earth because mashing certain layers in the atmosphere, like carbon dioxide, methane and water vapor. The heat does not pass to the outside Earth's atmosphere will keep the earth warm, more warm from space, because more energy coming through Earth's atmosphere as compared with that out of the earth.

Various attempts have been made to fight global warming. Most of the efforts of our invitations and calls for reducing substances causes the greenhouse effect and the various rules of use of substances that contribute to increased global warming. The point is the reduction of emissions of substances that increase global warming.

In mid 1980, Edward Teller (a physicist and creator of the hydrogen bomb) start thinking about climate change. He was pessimistic about human nature in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and optimistic about the technology that is able to fight global warming. Finally, he raises the idea of geoengineering.
Geo-engineering is a simple means to engineer the conditions of the earth on a large scale in order to give comfort to human life. The term geoengineering is more often used to describe or explain the filing of an answer from the effects of climate change caused by humans. Some people define geoengineering more narrowly, namely as an engineering project that is integrated with nature.
There are two main ways you can do to cool the earth. First, create conditions such that the amount of sunlight that enters the earth a little. The first way is basically an attempt to deflect sunlight away from earth. Second, make the earth's surface more easily radiate heat energy back into space so that more heat energy which was passed by the Earth's surface.
In addition both these ways, there is one more way the scientists proposed. Namely take the heat that already exist on the surface of the earth and put heat into the ocean. The third idea is apparently not so much the norm. However, this idea is another way to change the temperature of the earth's surface.
Basically, geoengineering proposed various projects on a global scale to reduce solar radiation. When most of the scientists left the Copenhagen Summit with glum faces in the absence of real action to stop climate change, few people even more excited. They are proposing various geoengineering "crazy" ideas, with different calculations of the advantages and disadvantages of each project they propose.
They think, Earth requires modification to prevent global warming. Unfortunately, in every idea they propose, there are many weaknesses and risks, such as the costs are very large and still manipulate the magnitude of potential projects that just gave birth to the Earth side effects that are not less the amount of global warming.
