I note you have asked this on the UK site. In the US, this kind of therapy is fairly common but it isn't in the UK. Due to the risk/benefit problem and evidence base, the only valid indications where this therapy would be used is seasonal allergic hay fever which has not responded to usual allergy medication and severe allergic reactions to wasp and bee venom's. Unless it's changed recently, allergy to tree nuts and pet dander isn't recommended.
