In theory, the ancestors of modern humans originated in Africa and spread to all corners of the earth. But recent research shows early humans had a cross with the Neanderthals.
"Infidelity" was wafted by Damian Labuda from the Department of Pediatrics, University of Montreal, who conducted research on the human haplotype DNA fragments in the past decade. He examined the map of human DNA and found differences in the pieces of information located on the X chromosome, which raises the curiosity of researchers.
Labuda map of human DNA compared with the Neanderthals. In 2010, the Neanderthal genome has been mapped completely. When studying haplotypes, combinations of alleles on a chromosome, researchers found pieces of DNA on all human races except humans Africa and Australia.
According Labuda, these findings lead researchers to the conclusion that the haplotype is a legacy of Neanderthals to modern humans. Humans Africa and Australia does not have this piece of DNA because it has a pure gene structure, whereas the DNA of other races have been mingled with those of Neanderthals.
"These findings confirm the occurrence of a cross between modern humans and Neanderthals," said Labuda.
The group meets modern humans with Neanderthals in the Middle East around the time modern humans migrated out of Africa about. The meeting resulted in a cross which was then passed on to almost all modern humans today. Later Neanderthals became extinct 30 thousand years ago, whereas modern humans still survive today.*** [DISCOVERY | ANTON WILLIAM | KORAN TEMPO 3596]
